Currently under construction a new Babies R Us in Brandon and a renovation in St. Pete, Ocoee, Boynton, Boca and Naples. We have just completed a new 27,000 sq. ft. Babies R Us and have begun construction of a new facility of 30,115 sq ft Babies R Us in Clearwater.

Fischler Building Optometry College Renovation
Interior renovation and modernization of 18,000 sq. ft. optometry college building. Work includes new utilities, flooring, walls, equipment stations and new optometry dispensary.

Pines 200 Plaza
Exterior demolition and re-construction of 10,000 sq. ft. mall entrance patio. Work includes decorative concrete walkways and new wave look metal roofing.

Cardinal Gibbons Gym & Cafeteria Addition
Two-Story concrete and masonry structure with 7400 sq.ft. addition to the gymnasium and 890 sq. ft. addition to cafeteria.

Bay Harbor Medical Arts Building
Ground up construction and site development of a new 8,500 sq. ft. high scale medical office building. Contemporary style cantilevered concrete eyebrows front elevation highlighted by blue tinted architectural plate glass providing a contemporary appearance.

Citrix Systems - Cambridge II - Office Construction
Phased interior construction of their new 140,000 sq. ft. corporate offices. This six story office building is newly constructed, our work is being performed in 4 phases as plans are developed. Approximately 140,000 sq. ft. has been completed to date.
